Brewing Suggestions
We recommend using 90–95°C mountain spring water and 5–6g of tea leaves, brewed in a Gaiwan or Yixing teapot. Quickly rinse the leaves with the first infusion. Begin brewing from the second infusion, steeping for 20–30 seconds, and enjoy 7–8 consecutive infusions.
