Huangjingui Golden Oolong

**Golden Osmanthus (also known as Huang Dan)** is a rare and exquisite oolong tea, renowned for its unique "Heavenly Fragrance." Our Golden Osmanthus Dahongpao, called "Que She Dan" (literally "Sparrow Tongue Dan"), is made from the earliest tea tree varieties. Unlike other late-season oolong teas, it is processed using the method typical of Wuyi rock teas, and is harvested from tender buds in March. This combination brings together the characteristics of both rock tea and single-bush teas.

The fermentation of Golden Osmanthus oolong lies between that of green and black teas, maintaining the fresh floral notes of green tea while offering the smooth richness of black tea. The flavor profile integrates the honey-like floral fragrance of Golden Osmanthus with the rocky essence of Dahongpao, resulting in an unprecedented complex aroma and deep, layered taste. The finish is sweet and lingering, offering an unforgettable tea experience.

**Fragrance**:  
The aroma is high, long-lasting, and captivating, reminiscent of osmanthus and gardenia flowers, with hints of cream, the nutty fragrance of single-bush teas, and the roasted aroma typical of Wuyi rock teas. It is refreshing, pleasant, and complex, lingering in the air and intoxicating the senses.

**Taste**:  
The tea has a rich yet fresh taste. Due to the high fermentation and roasting degree of Dahongpao, the Golden Osmanthus processed in this style has a full-bodied, refreshing taste that resembles pear soup, with the intense mouthfeel of high-mountain Taiwanese oolong. It retains the natural floral sweetness and honey fragrance of Golden Osmanthus, while offering a distinctive "Guanyin charm" (a soft, lingering sweetness) that leaves an unforgettable aftertaste.
