We strictly adhere to the refinement specifications of China's National Standard, meticulously selecting only the first spring single buds from the 'Mei Zhan' tea cultivar. Through precise fermentation control and traditional slow-baking techniques, we lock in the fresh vitality of the spring harvest while transforming its abundant intrinsic substances into complex aromas and a smooth, sweet liquor. The dry tea leaves, with their interplay of golden, yellow, and black hues, shaped like slender eyebrows, are a visual testament to their quality.

【Flavor Profile, Sweet and Fragrant】

• Aroma: The brewed tea releases an elegant bouquet of floral notes intertwined with a sweet, ripe fruitiness (reminiscent of dried longan) and a fresh, high-mountain air.

【Brewing Guide】
We recommend using 90-95°C purified water with a gaiwan or glass teapot. For the first three infusions, pour immediately after adding water without extended steeping to fully appreciate its sharp floral, fruity, and honeyed aromas and pure sweetness. From the fourth infusion onward, gradually increase the steeping time by 5-10 seconds per brew. Its "bitterness-resistant" nature provides a stable foundation for over ten flavorful infusions. This tea is excellent enjoyed pure to savor its high-mountain character; it also serves as an exceptional base for premium milk tea, where its profound "sweet rhythm" perfectly complements milk, creating a perfectly balanced and aromatic brew.
