Originating from high-mountain tea gardens at an altitude of 600-800 meters in Anxi's core Tieguanyin production area, this tea thrives in an environment perennially shrouded in mist with significant day-night temperature variations. The unique red soil is rich in mineral nutrients, providing an exceptional natural environment where the tea trees develop thick, soft leaves—offering premium raw material for the slow-sour technique.

National Standard Processing, Essence of Slow-Sour Technique
Strictly adhering to the national standard requirements for Tieguanyin production, this tea innovatively applies the slow-sour method based on traditional crafting. By precisely controlling the shaking intensity and fermentation duration, the withering stage is appropriately extended before fixation, encouraging the tea to naturally develop its unique subtle sour note. This is followed by slow baking over gentle heat to preserve its distinctive flavor profile.

Mellow and Refreshing Layers, Unique Charm
The dry tea exhibits a sandy green color with a precious luster, emitting an elegant orchid aroma with a subtle sour note. When brewed, the liquor is golden and bright. The taste is mellow, refreshing, and vibrant—beginning with fresh orchid notes and slight sourness, transitioning to emerging fruity aromas in the mid-palate, and finishing with honeyed sweetness and the unique "Guanyin Yun (characteristic charm)." The aroma persists even after seven infusions, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste.

Brewing Suggestions
We recommend using 95°C mountain spring water and a gaiwan with 7g of tea leaves. Quickly rinse the leaves with the first infusion. Start brewing from the second infusion with 15-20 second steeps, allowing for 7-8 consecutive infusions. Ideal for savoring slowly in small white porcelain cups to appreciate the layered evolution of its unique sour charm and orchid aroma. This tea is particularly suitable for experienced tea enthusiasts, with its mellow and refreshing qualities especially pronounced when enjoyed in the afternoon.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
