Grown in the pristine mountain forests of Western Hunan's Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture at altitudes above 800 meters, this tea thrives in an environment shrouded in mist and lush vegetation. The unique red sandstone soil and mild climate nurture the tea's distinct golden-translucent character, with an amino acid content three times higher than ordinary green teas, creating its signature "fresh chicken broth" mellow and refreshing taste.

National Standard Processing, Inherited Craftsmanship
Strictly following the national standard technical requirements for Golden Tea production, we selectively harvest the first-flush single buds before Qingming Festival. Using traditional pan-firing fixation techniques, precise heat control and skilled handling preserve the intact form of the buds while fully activating their intrinsic compounds. Through careful rolling and low-temperature drying, we perfectly present the unique golden and jade green interwoven appearance of Golden Tea.

Rich Layers, Extraordinary Freshness
The dry tea presents distinct layers of sweet fragrance, floral notes, fuzzy bud aroma, and bean scent. After brewing, the tea liquor becomes clear and translucent, with floral and bean aromas becoming more prominent. On the palate, it offers fresh smoothness—beginning with elegant floral notes, transitioning to emerging bean fragrance in the middle, and finishing with the rich "chicken broth" umami that fills the mouth. The sweet aftertaste lingers, stimulating salivation, and remains enjoyable even after five infusions.

Brewing Suggestions
We recommend using 85°C mountain spring water for brewing. Use 3g of tea leaves per 150ml of hot water, with the first infusion steeping for 1 minute. A transparent glass cup is recommended to both appreciate the tea's layers and observe the beautiful unfurling of the golden buds. Ideal for morning or afternoon drinking, cold brewing can better highlight its natural sweetness. Can be steeped 4-5 times consecutively, with each subsequent infusion extending the steeping time by 15 seconds.
