๐ A cup of freshness from the clouds, awakening your taste buds.
Not all tea grows in the clouds. Our Mei Tea is sourced from organic tea gardens located at altitudes exceeding 1,500 meters. Here, surrounded by year-round mist and a significant temperature swing between day and night, the tea trees accumulate a richer concentration of amino acids and aromatic compounds during their slow growth. Each leaf imbued with the aura of the mountains, exuding a unique "alpine charm" unmatched by tea grown on the plainsโa refreshing, refreshing, and lingering aftertaste.
We adhere to EU organic farming standards and never use chemical pesticides or fertilizers, ensuring every sip is nature's purest gift.
โจ Why choose this Mei Tea? Four unique values
[High Mountain Ecology, Rich Inner Quality]: The slow-growing environment creates a high amino acid content in the tea leaves, enhancing the freshness and refreshing taste of the tea with minimal astringency.
[Hand-picked, Beautiful Form]: Experienced tea farmers strictly follow the one-bud-one-leaf or one-bud-two-leaf standards, hand-picking the leaves to ensure uniformity and form tight, slender tea leaves.
[Traditional Craftsmanship, Preserving Authenticity]: Utilizing traditional green tea production techniques, the withering temperature is precisely controlled to maximize the preservation of the tea's natural aroma and vibrant flavor.
[First Pick Before Qingming, Limited and Rare]: Harvesting only the freshest buds and leaves before Qingming, limited production, truly offering a "first taste of spring."
๐๐ Sensory Tasting Notes: A Feast for Taste and Smell
Dry Tea: Tight, slender tea leaves with visible white hairs. The nose offers a refreshing aroma of roasted beans and a subtle orchid.
Tea Infusion: After brewing, the tea is clear, yellow-green, and translucent like honey.
Aroma: A fresh, ethereal aroma, a perfect blend of orchid and chestnut, is refreshing and lingering.
Flavor: A sip reveals a fresh, mellow, and smooth taste. There's no sharp bitterness, but instead a quick, refreshing aftertaste, leaving a refreshing and soothing aftertaste.
Leaf: The leaves are plump, soft, vibrant, and bright after brewing.
