It undergoes a unique process of "medium-fire" pine wood smoking and slow oxidation, meticulously controlling the transformation points of the leaves. This not only imparts the signature "medium-fire aroma" – a warm and deep fragrance intertwining pine notes and honeyed sweetness – but also ensures the remarkable quality of a liquor that "never turns bitter or astringent, even with prolonged steeping", fully embodying the National Standard excellence.

• Straight Drinking Method: We recommend using 90-95°C mountain spring or purified water. Pour the water gently along the side of a gaiwan. For the first three infusions, steep quickly to appreciate its pure aroma and complexity. Subsequent steeps can be extended according to personal preference, allowing you to experience its "non-astringent, long-steeping" character.
