📜 Traditional Craftsmanship (Intangible Cultural Heritage)
The production process of Baimaohou (White Monkey) is exquisite and unique, situated between green tea and white tea, and is commonly known locally as "White Green." Its production emphasizes "preserving the tips" and "shaping," as well as proper withering, to achieve a clear, mellow aroma.

Withering: Fresh leaves are withered under weak sunlight or indoors for 16-18 hours, losing 25%-30% of their water content. This promotes partial oxidation of polyphenols and reduces bitterness.

Withering: The tea leaves are stir-fried in a wok at 140-150°C, first by air-frying and then by simmering until the leaves turn green, the stems have a greenish-yellow hue, and a green fragrance is released.

Rolling: Gently knead and rotate the tea ball to preserve the tips and shape the tea leaves, resulting in a curled, curled tea strand.

Baking: Initial baking at 100-110°C, followed by a rebaking at 50-60°C, with the temperature gradually decreasing. Shaping is performed as the tea leaves are baked, resulting in a curled, monkey-like shape. The tea leaves are then sorted when fully dried.
